Please provide as much detail about the case as you wish: Nik prefers copious notes to single lines of prescription, or call him to provide details in person.

Please always ensure the cases you send have been thoroughly decontaminated, and that they are protected during travel using bubble wrap and/or sturdy plastic containers.

If you have used a haemostatic agent during the impression phase, please let us know whether you have neutralised the agent or not: this is important because the haemostatic agent can prevent dental stone from setting properly and will therefore negatively influence the accuracy of the margins.
