We believe that good communication is critical to success. There are several ways to get information to us, to ensure that we know precisely what it is that you want is to do.
The Telephone
Nik ensures that he is available to talk directly with his dentist clients and their team every day, so please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone to discuss your patient’s requirements. He is happy to discuss cases in as much detail as necessary in order to get the job done right.
The Lab Form
Naturally, every case you sent to us will require a lab form. If you run out of forms, you can download one from the site here.
If you need more room for notes than the lab form allows, please feel free to attach your notes directly onto the lab form. Don’t ever think that you’ve written too much! Nik thrives on details, the more the better!
Sometimes it’s easier to send information by email, especially if something has changed or you’ve woken during the middle of the night with another insight into the case! So please go ahead and send that information by email, either directly or by using the contact form on this page. Please ensure that you have identified both yourself and your patient’s name in this communication.
