Please ensure that your cases have been properly decontaminated before you pack and send them. We find that sending cases in a sturdy plastic container (such as a chinese takeaway container) works very well.

If you have used a haemostatic agent during an impression, please let us know: we will need to neutralise it to ensure accurate margins on the stone model.
